Returns & Refunds

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@melly.uk within the 30-day return period. In your email, provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Additionally, you must attach clear images or videos that clearly demonstrate the issue or reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will be provided with return instructions, including the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item's safe return.

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • If you prefer, we can also offer a replacement for the returned item instead of a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@melly.uk, and we will make sure to resend a replacement or issue a refund for FREE. You won't need to pay for the return.
